I actually visited the store twice this weekend. The store was clean, clutter -free, and we found some great deals on the clearance racks. I also went to the restroom while I was there, and the restroom was clean and smelled clean. At checkout (on both days) my cashier was as helpful and as friendly as could be. I ended up getting a 30% discount both times. The only way I could have had a better experience would have been if the merchandise were free!
I am very disappointed in the selection of women's clothing and very disappointed on how disorganized the store looks when I go to shop. I can't believe that your store can't get an electric cart for the seniors who shop at Kohls. There is never enough help on the floor if you have questions and hard to find items you need I'm very dissatisfied with Kohls stores. The customer service is terrible and no one knows anything there.
Great store. Clothes are displayed neatly abd and sales are posted clearly. The cashiers are very friendly. Love to shop there
Extremely disorganized. Difficult to find what you’re looking for. It looks like someone threw all the women’s jeans off the shelf and picked them up in random order 100 times. I’ve seen discount garage sales more organized than this store. Clothes are just piled up everywhere with no rhyme or reason. Perhaps the management is depressed? They seem completely absent.
No one to help you in any department on a Saturday. Nothing is marked. Can’t get anything that is locked up because no one to help. 2 checkers. And people wonder why retail is dying?!?!
