While the facility is nice and new the extra charges are not even remotely okay. Parents beware, it's $5 per child per visit for the childcare, and it's just a shockingly small room that anyone can enter. We have 3 kids so if we were to go just 3 times a week we'd be paying more than one months membership cost. No, thank you.
Joseph teaches a boot camp class on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 7pm.
I started going a few months ago and felt the class was too advance/ hard core. However, Joseph always shows a way to modify. He is very encouraging so I just kept going. Fast forward to tonight, I have more stamina and endurance than I’ve ever had, I’ve lost some weight and toning up.
New facility with new equipment is great. But I got a membership so that I could bring my 3 year old daughter to the kids club and she REFUSES to go in there. The kids club at this location should be renamed the kids closet. It’s a tiny shut off room with no windows or toys and the employees sit in a corner on their phone the entire time. After what we paid for my daughter and my membership I’m extremely disappointed. Luckily the Keller location isn’t much farther and their kids club is amazing.
Watch out! Employees will say anything make any promise to get your credit card information. After that you are dead to them. Calls not returned, promises broken, bold face lies. It’s like used car salesmen from 1955. Customer service sucks big time! Place looks good and the employee training is from a prison warden.
This gym is Perfect! A new facility with brand new equipment it's always clean and never crowded. The personal trainers here are the best I have EVER worked with. Definitely a great choice.
