I called 15 minutes before closing as I was en route to their store, easily able to make the five minute drive and be gone before they closed. All I heard was the employee telling me over and over that they were "basically closed". I finally got the hint that they don't want my business and that even though they say they're open til 9, they aren't! That's fine...there are a half dozen other restaurants within a block... I'll choose another one that actually wants my business.
Poor organization and poor customer service; kids only make good workers if they are supervised. I will only be returning to request a free pizza or refund or I will be disputing the charge. Kept me waiting too long and served others that arrived after me. I don't accept Halloween as an excuse or the system printing tickets out of order. Only because I didn't want to cause a scene in front of the young people (not their fault) did I elect not to curse someone out in a big way.
If I could give negative stars I would. The place was a mess and they really don't know how to deal with customers waiting. A few apologies would have gone a long way. They can see people waiting and not being served. This place needs to go out of business to teach the owner a lesson.
Food is pretty darn AWESOME, but you really need to fix the issue with AT&T customers not being able to get through. Knowing you changed your system to Verizon it sounds like they are trying to give their competition problems.
