The management at this store needs all the help they can get! My daughter wanted a baby rabbit that she wanted for her birthday for a first pet and the management refused to sell the rabbit to me instead they heard the the rabbit for 48 hours which manager said was against their policy but yet theymadethe exception to hold the rabbit for another customer even though I was ready to purchase the rabbit at that moment. Manager had no compassion at all when my little girl started to cry they said if the rabbit is here after 48 hours we can have it...they should have put the rabbit in the back so no other customers would have known about it. Very bad reputation for a pet store.
I'm always greeted nicely at Pet Supermarket. They usually have what I need. half the time I am surprised by a deal going on in the store. The only thing is I wish they would sell instinct. Dry.
The only place to shop for your fur babies. Employees are wonderful, providing outstanding customer service and knowledge. They also have a rewards program for pet food.
Wonderful staff that's helpful and passionate. Everything is clean and the animals are well cared for. Has a little bit of everything for your animal needs.
The people are friendly. I have been here two or three times, and it's kind of fun to shop. They have a lot of toys and fun things, but they don't have everything. This is not a giant place. It is convenient to my home, though, and sometimes it is nice to have a smaller place to buy pet supplies.
