We had 20 people and our server was Sarah. She was so sweet and so attentive. She got all of our checks out in a timely manner and she got all of our orders right and all the food was really good. She dealt with all of us really well, she was awesome. I cannot emphasize enough how well she dealt with all of us because some of us were not very nice to her. 10/10 would come again and ask for Sarah.
Renovations made the restaurant look and feel better than before. The atmosphere was great, minus waiting a few minutes to be greeted in the To go area. Food was excellent and cooked just right.
Every time I go, I am seated quickly and addressed immediately. My servers are always helpful answering my questions and have absolutely no problem modifying my order for me. I am very particular with how I order, and I know that tends to annoy others, but I have never been given the impression that the servers have any issue with me. An all around enjoyable experience.
New menu items. Texas size baby back ribs! I can only handle a half rack. Absolutely delicious! Fall off the bone! Plus, with my Plenti card, I had a free dessert...can you guess? Cheesecake! And not a small piece either! Love Chili's!!
I love going to Chili's, I guess it's a combination of their great food, good selection, and fair prices. Oh, and the other reason we eat here somewhat frequently is b/c we can use our Discover rewards, $45 in rewards gets us a $50 gift card/certificate...better return than many other restaurants in the Discover rewards program.
