I've been to their sister location in nrh and I can say this location has the beat people!! The main vet is the nicest man and didn't nickle and dime for everything. I could tell he has a passion for animals
We bring our three cats here, I used to take my dogs to the NRH location, but this being a tad small in size as far as square footage of the actually facility, is so much bigger as to the satisfaction we receive from coming to this location. Everyone is great to us and we couldn't imagine needing to go somewhere else.
They are heaven sent! They were pleasant and kind from the moment I called to inquire about an appointment until the moment I left with my pet after her procedure!! Dr. Snow is an angel!!! Couldn't be more pleased with the care they provided to my dog!!! Thank you!!!!
Dr. Snow and her staff helped lovingly diagnose what was wrong with our baby boy Moe. She walked us through the difficult decision that we had to make about his untreatable condition. They lovingly and gently helped him find peace and relief from the pain his failing little body was in. We will be bringing our other fur babies to be looked after for whatever they need. Today I found my Great Dane lying in his own vomit and urine, not moving, I thought for sure he was dying! I ran him to the vet and they attended to him right away, they even brought a gurney out to load him on, got him out of my car and started to assess him right away. I'm very frantic and a lot to deal with when I'm so stressed but they were polite and professional during the entire visit. They let me go back and see him while we waited for the blood test result. (He had a seizure and may be epileptic). Thank you to the entire staff for your help! Im so glad we found you when we moved here.
